What credit cards are accepted?

For all purchases online we accept Visa & Mastercard. When purchasing instore/or phone orders we accept all major credit cards; Amex, Diners, Mastercard & Visa.



Where are you located?

We are located at 326 Remuera Rd, Remuera Auckland. Shops surrounding us are Vivo Hair Design, John Greer Shoes & Trumps Giftware.



Are you open Sundays?

We do not open on Sundays or Public Holidays, However if a special event falls on a Sunday eg Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day we will be open.



How often are your delivery times?

We offer a service for Auckland city business hours.

Outer Areas are delivered twice daily; please make sure your order is placed before 2pm on weekdays for same day delivery, and 10am on Saturdays.

Locals and Business deliveries are delivered throughout business hours.



Can you organize flowers to Christchurch?

Yes we can deliver to any city/town in New Zealand. Please make sure all orders have a contact phone number for the recipient. Same day delivery can be arranged, all orders must be received before 1pm.If you are sending to a rural destination please call the team to make sure if possible.



Can you organize flowers to England?

Yes we certainly can. Important things to remember when sending flowers overseas, please include a contact phone number for the receipt and please allow 2-3 working days before actual delivery date. Your welcome to order online through our website or call us on 0800 501 202.



How will my gift be packaged?

Here at Iain Stephens floral design all of our flowers leave the store with a sufficient water pack, to ensure freshness upon delivery.

All our bouquets/posies are wrapped in crisp white paper, or matching Vilene wrap.

Arrangements in containers or vases are either presented in a box or a quality carry bag with handles.

We handwrite all messages in either a Iain Stephens Floral design delivery card or you can purchase a special gift card which we stock in store.



Can I make a custom order?

Yes, you can. We often do customer orders with products that we source outside other store especially for you. We can supply most products such as cd’s, vouchers, specialized spirits, and different food items. Please call our talented team on 0800 501 202 to discuss your requirements.



What is the difference between a posy and a bouquet?

A posy ( sometimes also known as 'tussie mussie' ) is shorter stems and much more compact. A bouquet is longer stemmed and more loose in constructions.



Will it be exactly like the picture on the website?

If you choose to order the same value ‘as pictured’ we will do our best to make the flower’s as close to the picture as possible. However due to seasonal variation on flowers. Sometimes we may need to substitute with a similar type of flowers if the pictured is not available



Where do your flowers come from?

All our flowers are grown here in New Zealand, sourced from the local flower markets.. Some of our tropical greenery is sourced from overseas.



If there is no-one at home when you try to deliver, what do you do?

If the recipient is not home ,they will leave your gift in a safe cool place. When placing your order, we recommend advising us of the recipients contact phone number, so we can give a friendly call to make sure some is home/or to arrange a suitable time to deliver.

Please ensure you give us any special delivery instructions so we can avoid any potential problems.



Do i have to log in to make an order?

No, your welcome to use the guest checkout. If you encounter any problems while ordering online, please contact our team on 0800 501202.



If i want to send a message along with my order - how does it work?

When ordering online, there is a special instruction box – please type your message here along with any other special instructions eg please call before delivery, or pink flowers only.
