Will my flowers look like the picture shown?
We will endeavour to provide flowers as similar to the picture but due to
seasons and avialability flowers sometimes need to be substitued. We
always endeavour to obtain a very similar look as much as possible.
Cancellation and refund policy
Due to time zones and international date lines we require 12 hours notice to cancel an order from the sender in writing via Email or Fax.
We have the right to change a delivery address if instructed by the recipient, or Hospital or Funeral director or other parties.
Once agreed by ourselves we will refund the amount in full.
Time deliveries will be accepted on this site however,we have the right to contact the recipient if we feel the sender has not given enough details or time to deliver an urgent order.
Buying from this site
Iain Stephens Floral Design site show's a variety of floral arrangements that can be purchased. Simply choose the style of arrangement you like, then choose the size (large, medium or small) and click buy. This will take you to the secure order form. Fill in the requested information and if you want a message to accompany the flowers, write you message in the requested area. Take care to fill in the delivery address an check it for any possible mistakes.
Fill in the credit card details and then submit the form. If Iain Stephens Floral Design have any difficulty in fulfilling your order you will be contacted by phone before dispatch.
Urgent Order
We can cater for your urgent requirements on most occasions. To enable delivery please fax your order to 64-9-522-2961 stating the occasion and how much you wish to spend. Note you phone number should we need to contact you along with your credit details.

All information submitted on the order form is totally secure from any 3rd party. The security is guaranteed by Thwaits Security Certificate. Information relating to your purchase is transmitted to Iain Stephens Floral Design via the encrypted security method.
Can I have a special arrangement made?
This site carries a sampling of arrangements for various occasions.
We certainly can make 'special' orders specific to your requirements

Ordered flowers may differ from those shown in this site
Most flowers are seasonal by nature and therefore may differ from those displayed in this site. We seek to fulfil orders in keeping with the sentiments the flowers are ordered for. If you want special blooms included, please note these in the space provided in the Order Form.
Delivery and GST
The prices displayed include GST but freight is additional. Depending on the delivery location freight costs will vary.
